It is always a bit of a struggle to come up with a new line for the coming year and usually January arrives and my mind is blank. The harder I try to find an idea the less arrive. However, this year it just came to me, after some research on the web. I had done some wire wrapping the past, but never attempted wire weaving.My first few pieces came out quite well and so I decided to order some special Copper wire than can be oxidized (antiqued) with Liver of Sulphur. The wire arrived and I went into overdrive for a few weeks. Needless to say, my joints were not impressed, but I am very pleased with the results so far.
